A highly proactive Management Engineer with over 26 years experience in Planning and Development,
Engr. Del Rosario was a pioneering executive in the setting up of the Cebu Business Park, a 50-hectare
Ayala Land development project in Cebu, Philippines which is experiencing a dynamic economic growth over the past 10 years.
He is the lone management staff who stayed the longest in the project, handling various critical roles
for over 23 years from Land Development Cost Engineer to Associate Director of Ayala Property Management Corporation (AMPC),
the very first property management company to operate in Cebu Province thus exposing him to several challenges in the industry.
Engr. del Rosario was the proponent in setting up the property management activities of Genvi Development Corporation, the developer of Monterrazas de Cebu, a 200 hectare high-end development for mixed use, residential and commercial projects in his role as Assistant Vice President for Property Management.
His vast exposure to Property Management of industrial parks, commercial and residential developments including Garden Ridge and Amara subdivisions, Ayala Northpoint, Plantazionne, Ayala Cebu City Sports Club, Ayala Life FGU and Cebu Land Masters, Inc. projects namely Midori Plains, Asia Premiere, Park Central and Baseline Residences has made him competent in start-up operations and turn-around projects in a dynamic destination and competitive business environment.
A registered and licensed civil engineer with a Masters degree in Management Engineering, he has been introducing an efficient and organized approach to client retention through his proficiency in delivering key competencies for medium to large scale projects.
Director of Business Development
A highly driven Management Executive with over 25 years exposure in the hospitality service industry focusing on property
positioning, destination marketing, yield management, revenue maximization and developing dynamic sales and operations teams.
Fay Paras’ experience includes 14 years of various top Sales and Marketing positions and 11 years in leadership roles including
General Manager and Consultant for start-up operations, rebranding and turnaround missions. She is highly proficient in
creating and implementing dynamic customer loyalty programs, its evaluation and enhancement and is adept at forecasting and
budget making. She worked with a diverse culture through international exposure and gained tremendous facilitative leadership
experience at Marriott International. She is a holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from the University of the
Philippines College Cebu where she also became a university lecturer.
Fay gives overall support and vision in developing, in concert with her team, the strategic direction of the client company, and in developing the tactics and business plans necessary to realize revenue and earnings growth and increase market share.
Prior to organizing eGlobal, Fay has been involved with local and international hotel corporations like the world’s largest hotel chain The Best Western Hotels, HongKong based Agon Hotels and Resorts, Ltd. as well as the Marriot International where she was Director of Marketing for two of its properties, the Cebu City Marriott Hotel, the very first Marriott property in the Philippines, and The New World Hotel Saigon, based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam which was rebranded into a Marriott. She was a founding member of the very first Saigon Tourism Council and then became General Manager of the Manila Pavilion and the Best Western Astor Hotel in Makati.
Fay also led the start up operations team for the largest Business Process Outsourcing company in the Philippines, Convergys Philippines Corporation (a US based BPO company) when it opened its very first branch in Cebu in 2004, carrying out the most critical customer care program for Sprint, an IBM account, which has remained the most demanding BPO customer care program until today.
